Saudi GAZT, Al Khaleej Training ink SAR 23m deal

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia-based Al Khaleej Training and Education on Thursday announced signing a 12-month contract with General Authority of Zakat and Tax (GAZT) at a value of SAR 23.1 million to establish a unified call centre for the authority.

Al Khaleej Training will also operate the centre for GAZT, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

The firm further noted that deal’s financial impact will appear in its financial statement of the next year.

Earlier on Thursday, Al Khaleej Training and Education signed a SAR 17.5 million deal with the Ministry of Justice to provide it with the unified call services.

On Monday, 12 November, the Tadawul-listed company announced signing a SAR 18 million agreement with the Ministry of Labor and Social Development (MLSD) to operate a unified communication call centre for the ministry.

The firm’s stock inched down 0.31% to finish Thursday’s trading session at SAR 12.80.
