Saudi Energy’s profits surge 89% in 2025; revenues cross SAR 102bn

Riyadh - Mubasher: Saudi Energy Company achieved 88.95% year-on-year (YoY) higher net profits attributable to shareholders at SAR 12.97 billion in 2025, compared with SAR 6.86 billion.

The earnings per share (EPS) totaled SAR 0.96 as of 31 December 2025, against a loss per share of SAR 0.46 a year earlier, according to the income statements.

Furthermore, the revenues rose by 15.28% YoY to SAR 102.21 billion in 2025 from SAR 88.66 billion.

Cash Dividends 

The group’s board recommended cash dividends amounting to SAR 2.91 billion to 4.16 billion eligible shares for 2025.

Saudi Energy intends to disburse SAR 0.70 per share, accounting for 7% of the share’s nominal value.

The group changed its name from Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) and officially rebranded as Saudi Energy to enhance energy supply security and grid reliability.
