Riyadh - Mubasher: Digital Research Company (DRC) has announced the commencement of e-voting on the agenda items of its extraordinary general meeting (EGM), which includes a proposed capital increase, ahead of the meeting scheduled for 28 June 2026.
The shareholders registered in the Tadawulaty platform are be able to cast their votes remotely starting from 24 June 2026 at 1:00 a.m. until the conclusion of the EGM.
Meanwhile, the meeting will be held virtually via modern technology at 6:30 p.m. in Riyadh.
The announcement serves as a reminder of Saudi DRC’s earlier invitation issued on 20 May 2026, calling shareholders to attend the meeting and vote on the proposed agenda items, including the capital increase.
DRC noted that registration and voting through the Tadawulaty platform are available free of charge to all shareholders.
On 31 May 2026, Saudi DRC entered into a framework agreement with a government entity for the provision of research and consulting services.
