Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi International Trading Company Limited (Sitco Pharma), a unit of Saudi Chemical Company Holding, has awarded a construction contract for a new high-tech warehouse in Jeddah.
The contract, valued at SAR 56.50 million, was granted to Rafic A. Kredieh Contracting, according to a bourse filing.
The project involves the building and construction of a modern facility designed to improve logistical efficiency and enhance inventory management and distribution capabilities.
This development follows the initial board approval for the warehouse project previously disclosed on 28 September 2025.
The company attributed the timeline for awarding the contract to the completion of necessary technical, regulatory, and contracting procedures.
Saudi Chemical confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction. The investment aligns with the group’s long-term expansion strategy to strengthen its logistics infrastructure within the Kingdom.
