Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Ceramic Company recorded a 25.61% year-on-year (YoY) drop in net profit after Zakat and tax to SAR 173.92 million in 2022, versus SAR 233.79 million.
The firm generated revenues worth SAR 1.48 billion in 2022, a 3.25% YoY decline from SAR 1.53 billion, according to the annual income statements.
Earnings per share (EPS) stood at SAR 2.18 as of 31 December 2022, lower than SAR 2.93 in 2021.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2022, the company’s net profits after Zakat and tax plummeted by 29.27% YoY to SAR 132.03 million from SAR 186.67 million.
Revenues decreased by 4.76% to SAR 1.10 billion in 9M-22 from SAR 1.15 billion in 9M-21, while the EPS retreated to SAR 1.65 from SAR 2.34.
Meanwhile, Saudi Ceramic will pay out SAR 39.98 million as cash dividends for the second half (H2) of 2022 on 28 March 2023.
