Riyadh - Mubasher: Saudi Cement Company issued a formal request for shareholders still in possession of physical paper stock certificates to deposit them into investment portfolios held at local banks.
The move aligns with Capital Market Authority (CMA) directives aimed at digitizing securities holdings and ensuring efficient market operations.
To complete the deposit process, shareholders must submit a completed deposit form along with a valid national identification card.
In cases involving legal representation, a copy of the power of attorney and the agent’s identification are also required.
These documents can be submitted directly to the company or through licensed brokerage firms.
Furthermore, Saudi Cement urged investors to check for any outstanding cash dividends from previous years.
Shareholders can verify unclaimed amounts via the investor relations section on the official company website.
In the first half (H1) of 2026, the company’s net profit edged down by 0.88% to SAR 202.20 million from SAR 204 million in H1-25.
