Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabian Oil Company, globally known as Saudi Aramco, will announce the price range for the world’s largest initial public offering (IPO) on Sunday, 17 November.
The state-run company will set the final offer price on 5 December, according to a recent statement by Samba Capital.
The retail-offering period for the individual investors will start on 17 November until 28 November.
Moreover, the offering of a number of Aramco’s shares will be determined at the end of the book-building period.
