Saudi Arabia inks deal with Devoteam to boost digital services

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Communications and Information Technology Ministry on Tuesday signed a cooperation protocol with France-based Devoteam in an effort to set up a digital infrastructure to boost development and achieving the Saudi Vision 2030.

The deal includes building a centre to accelerate digital solutions, the ministry said in a statement.

The strategic partnership with Devoteam is part of the ministry's 2020 plan that aims to launch attractive digital environment, the ministry undersecretary of technology and digital capabilities Ahmed bin Hamdan Al-Thunayan said.

The Saudi body is at pains to strike key partnership with some firms in public and private sectors that will help accomplish Saudi Vision 2030 goals, the top official added.
