Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of directors of Al Alamiya for Cooperative Insurance Company recommended not to distribute cash dividends for fiscal year (FY) 2020.
The step comes to support the company’s financial position, according to a stock exchange statement on Wednesday.
The board’s recommendation will be subject to the approval of the company’s ordinary general meeting (OGM).
