Mubasher: Sanam Real Estate incurred a loss amounting to KWD 149,293 in the third quarter of 2019, when compared to profits worth KWD 13,329 in the corresponding quarter in 2019.
Earnings per share (EPS) declined by 122% to 1.23 fils in Q3-19 from 0.11 fils in Q3-18, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
During the period from January to September 2019, Sanam recorded a profit worth KWD 73,548 against losses worth KWD 57,901 a year earlier.
The company attributed the achieved profit to reasons related to its investment portfolio.
It is worth noting that over the second half of 2019, the company achieved a profit worth around KWD 222,840 against losses worth about KWD 147,570 in H1-18.
