Mubasher: Sanam Real Estate achieved a profit of nearly KWD 780,400 ($2.61 million) in the fourth quarter of 2017 against losses worth around KWD 118,820 ($397,350) in the same period last year.
During fiscal year 2017, the company suffered higher losses of 237.7% to approximately KWD 872,420 compared to nearly KWD 258,350 in FY16, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
Sanam’s board members recommended zero dividends for fiscal year 2017.
