Mubasher: Salhia Real Estate has signed an official leasing agreement with Warba Bank for plots up to 14,603 square metres distributed through 22 floors in Al Raya Tower.
The building is fully owned by Salhia Real Estate, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.
The area under leasing represents 70% of the current leased area by the National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) in Al Raya Tower.
Revenues from leasing this asset will be registered in the income statements of the second quarter of fiscal year 2020.
