Mubasher: Salhia Real Estate announced posting nearly KWD 646,070 ($2.13 million) profit from selling a property in the United Kingdom.
The property has been sold for GBP 6.85 million (KWD 2.743 million) through Key Property Investments Company (KPI), according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
The company asserted the above-mentioned profit will be listed in the financial results for the second quarter of 2019.
It is worth noting that during the first quarter of 2019, Salhia Real Estate posted a decline of 29% in profits to KWD 4.1 million from KWD 5.7 million in the same period a year ago.
