Salbookh Trading’s Q2 profits drop 72.7%

Kuwait – Mubasher: Salbookh Trading posted a fall of 72.7% in its second-quarter profits this year as compared to the same period a year ago.

Earnings reached nearly KWD 90,670 ($300,300) in Q2-16 versus about KWD 332,000 ($1.1 million) in Q2-15, the company said in a bourse statement.

Salbookh’s profits grew 89.8% to about KWD 45,900 over the first half of 2016 as compared with nearly KWD 450,900 in the same half of 2015.
