Oman – Mubasher: Sahara Hospitality reported its preliminary unaudited financials for the first quarter ended 28 February, 2015, which showed a 39.6% growth in profits.
The firm said it achieved a profit of OMR 594,846 in its first quarter compared to OMR 426,058 in the same period the year before, it said in a filing to the Muscat Securities Market (MSM).
Annual profits for the year ended 30 November 2014 showed a net profit rise by 7.8% to OMR 2 million ($5.2 million) compared to OMR 1.855 million ($4.83 million) a year earlier.
Sahara Hospitality’s capital amounts to OMR 6 million divided on nearly 6 million shares.
