Sadr Logistics pens SAR 3.5m agreement with Saudi Ceramics

Riyadh – Mubasher: Sadr Logistics Company has signed a contract with Saudi Ceramic Company at a value of SAR 3.53 million, including value-added tax.

Under the terms of the agreement, Sadr Logistics will supply wooden pallets to support the installation of advanced storage systems at the central warehouses of Saudi Ceramics in Riyadh.

The contract has a duration of four months, extending until December 2026. This agreement is linked to a previously announced project from 30 April 2026, regarding the supply and installation of storage infrastructure.

 Sadr Logistics expects the financial impact of this transaction to be reflected in its financial results during the third quarter (Q3) as well as Q4 of 2026.

The transaction is classified as a related-party deal, as Sadr Logistics CEO and board member Majed bin Abdullah Al Issa also serves as a non-executive board member at Saudi Ceramic.

The contract was conducted within the normal course of business under prevailing commercial terms without preferential advantages. It will be presented to the General Assembly for formal approval in accordance with regulatory requirements for related-party transactions.
