STC inks cloud computing services deal with Oracle

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Telecom Company (STC) on Sunday signed an agreement with Oracle to provide cloud computing services for government enterprises and the private sector.

These services will allow storing data in line with the highest international standards of information security in Saudi Arabia, through a private cloud between the two firms, according to STC’s statement.

This deal, that will be implemented through national cadres, would provide state-of-the-art storing data field experience, Abdul Rahman Al Thehaiban is Oracle’s Vice-President for the Middle East and Africa.
