Riyadh – Mubasher: The shareholders of the Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Corporation (SPIMACO) gave the green light for distributing SAR 1 per share as a cash dividend for 2020.
The company will pay a total of SAR 120 million, which represents 10% of the capital, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
SPIMACO said it will later announce the distribution date.
