Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Corporation (SPIMACO) has inked an eight-year agreement with the Swiss Company, Vifor Pharma, to localise the manufacturing for Ferinject injection.
Meanwhile, an agreement was reached to manufacture and commercialise a ferric carboxymaltose preparation through SPIMACO, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
The agreements will be valued at around SAR 240 million, with average annual revenues of around SAR 30 million.
The transaction will have a positive financial impact which is expected to be registered on the company's financial results starting 2023.
