Cairo - Mubasher: Sixth of October for Development and Investment Company (SODIC) registered EGP 4.49 billion in consolidated net profits after tax and non-controlling interests during 2025.
The 2025 results were higher than EGP 2.53 billion in 2024, according to the financial results.
The earnings per share (EPS) grew to EGP 3.47 in 2025 from 1.96 in the same period a year earlier.
Consolidated total operating revenues amounted to EGP 21.26 billion as of 31 December 2025, signaling a year-on-year (YoY) surge from EGP 9.75 billion.
Meanwhile, the total assets surged to EGP 89.88 billion in the January-December 2025 period from EGP 54.37 billion in 2024.
Standalone Results
The real estate developer reported an annual leap in non-consolidated net profits after tax to EGP 3.46 billion at the end of 2025, compared to EGP 87.06 million.
Non-consolidated total operating revenues jumped to EGP 17.95 billion in 2025 from 3.25 billion in 2024, whereas the basic and diluted EPS climbed to EGP 2.69 from EGP 0.07.
The standalone total assets amounted to EGP 89.09 billion in the twelve-month period that ended on 31 December 2025, which marked an annual hike from EGP 27.59 billion.
During the first nine months (9M) of 2025, SODIC reported YoY higher consolidated net profits at EGP 2.35 billion, compared with EGP 941.67 million.
