SNB’s board approves SAR 6.9bn dividends for H1-26

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi National Bank (SNB) announced the board’s approval to disburse cash dividends of SAR 6.90 billion for the first half (H1) of 2026.

The payout represents 11.50% of the nominal share value and will be distributed across 6 billion eligible shares, according to a bourse filing.

The bank confirmed it has received a non-objection from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regarding the dividend payment. Shareholders will receive a net distribution of SAR 1.15 per share after the deduction of Zakat.

Eligibility for the dividends is set for shareholders owning stock at the close of trading on 28 July 2026, who are registered with the Securities Depository Center Company by the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date. The bank scheduled the payment for distribution on 10 August 2026.

Non-resident foreign investors are advised that these cash distributions are subject to a 5% withholding tax in accordance with Article 68 of the Income Tax Law and Article 63 of its Implementing Regulations.

For the first six months (6M) of 2026, the lender's net profit climbed by 7.16% to SAR 13.03 billion from SAR 12.16 billion a year earlier.
