Mubasher: SMN Power Holding agreed on the distribution of cash dividends of 15 baisas per share (15% of the capital) for the first half of the fiscal year 2016, ended on 30 June, totalling OMR 2.99 million.
The dividend eligibility will be for shareholders registered with Muscat Clearing and Depository Company by 15 November 2016, according to a bourse filing.
SMN Power’s profits for H1-16 reached OMR 4.44 million, compared to OMR 4.43 million for H1-15.
