SISCO announces resignation of CEO; Suleimani appointed

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Industrial Services Company (SISCO) has announced the resignation of Mohammed Al Mudarres from his post as the firm’s CEO, according to a bourse filing. 

Al Mudarres submitted his resignation, which will become effective on 31 October 2022, to move to his own business. However, he will continue to serve as SISCO’s special advisor as well as a consultant for some of its subsidiaries and associated firms.

Meanwhile, the board announced that Khalid Suleimani will be SISCO’s new CEO starting from 1 November 2022. The new official holds a master’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Colorado (USA).

Furthermore, Suleimani has over 25-year experience in the field of investment.

In the first half (H1) of 2022, SISCO logged net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 3.90 million, down 92.87% year-on-year (YoY) from SAR 54.70 million.
