Riyadh - Mubasher: Sustained Infrastructure Holding Company (SISCO Holding) shifted to a net profit of SAR 44.70 million in the first half (H1) of 2025, against net losses of SAR 10.60 million in H1-24.
The Tadawul-listed company registered a 13.56% year-on-year (YoY) hike in revenue to SAR 636.10 million at the end of June 2025, compared to SAR 560.10 million, according to the financial statements.
Earnings per share (EPS) reached SAR 0.55 in the first six months (6M) of 2025, versus a loss per share of SAR 0.13 in H1-24.
Results of Q2
In the second quarter (Q2) of 2025, the net profits of SISCO Holding leapt by 89.52% YoY to SAR 19.90 million from SAR 10.50 million.
Revenues stood at SAR 307.30 million in Q2-25, an annual growth of 1.62% from SAR 302.40 million.
Quarter-on-quarter (QoQ), the Q2-25 net profits dropped by 19.43% compared to SAR 24.70 million in January-March 2025, while the revenues declined by 6.53% from SAR 328.80 million.
