Riyadh – Mubasher: The net profits of Sustained Infrastructure Holding Company (SISCO Holding) hiked by 196% to SAR 59.20 million in the second quarter (Q2) of 2026 from SAR 20 million in Q2-25.
The company attributed the growth to strong operational performance across its strategic portfolio, particularly within the ports and logistics sectors.
Quarterly revenue amounted to SAR 722.70 million, up from SAR 314.50 million in the prior-year quarter. This growth was supported by higher handling volumes at the Red Sea Gateway Terminal (RSGT) and the contribution of the Multi-Purpose Terminals (MPT) operations.
Operating profit for the quarter hit SAR 255.90 million, a 149.66% increase from SAR 102.50 million.
In the first half (H1) of 2026, the net profit jumped by 91.05% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 85.40 million from SAR 44.70 million.
Revenues for the half-year period stood at SAR 1.16 billion. Earnings per share (EPS) for the six-month period improved to SAR 1.05 from SAR 0.55.
Total shareholders' equity, excluding non-controlling interests, was reported at SAR 1.52 billion as of 30 June 2026.
During the January-March 2026 period, the listed company generated SAR 26.10 million in net profit.
