Riyadh – Mubasher: SHL Finance Company has renewed its Sharia-compliant credit facility agreement valued at SAR 200 million with the Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB).
The financing, secured on 21 September 2026, carries a duration of five years. The company stated that the facility is secured by a promissory note and the assignment of receivables to the bank.
SHL Finance intends to utilize the funding to expand its operations and increase sales volume by providing new financing to its customers, aligning with its long-term corporate strategy and future plans.
According to the regulatory filing, the agreement constitutes a renewal of ongoing transactions conducted within the normal course of business.
The company confirmed that the facility was arranged under prevailing commercial terms without any preferential conditions. There are no related parties involved in the transaction.
In the first half (H1) of 2026, the company’s net profits climbed by 35.89% to SAR 35.35 million from SAR 26.01 million during H1-25.
