Riyadh - Mubasher: Zamil Structural Steel Company, an Egyptian subsidiary of Advanced Building Industries Company (SENAAT), has been awarded a contract for a project with Qatar-based Elegancia Steel Company.
The agreement covers the design, fabrication, and supply of steel structures and insulated panel cladding works for the benefit of the Baladna project in Algeria, according to a bourse filing.
Baladna marks a strategic investment in the food security sector aimed at establishing a large-scale milk powder production facility in Algeria.
The project contract, awarded on 18 December, was valued at SAR 348.65 million.
Under the partnership, the Egyptian subsidiary will design, manufacture, and supply steel structures and cladding works with Elegancia Steel.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2025, SENAAT posted 315.66% year-on-year (YoY) higher net profits at SAR 77.22 million, compared to SAR 18.57 million.
