Riyadh – Mubasher: Aljazira Takaful Taawuni Company received the Saudi Central Bank’s (SAMA) approval to increase the capital by granting 0.1686 bonus shares for every one owned share.
The company will raise the capital to SAR 550 million from SAR 470.66 million, according to a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.
The board of Aljazira Takaful recommended last April a capital increase of 16.86% through bonus shares.
