Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Saudi Logistics Services Company (SAL) greenlighted interim cash dividends to shareholders worth SAR 152 million for the second quarter (Q2) of 2023 as well as Q3-23.
SAL will disburse a cash dividend of SAR 1.90 per share for 80 million eligible shareholders, according to a bourse filing.
The approved cash dividends represent 19% of the company’s capital.
Meanwhile, the distribution process will take place within 15 working days from the eligibility date of 16 November 2023.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2023, the listed firm posted 31.95% year-on-year (YoY) higher net profits after Zakat and tax at SAR 329.13 million, compared to SAR 249.44 million.
During Q3-23, the net profits after Zakat and tax amounted to SAR 115.96 million, marking a leap of 42.88% from SAR 81.16 million in Q3-22.
