Riyadh — Mubasher: SAL Saudi Logistics Services Company said that its board of directors approved the distribution of SAR 143.20 million in interim cash dividends to shareholders for the second quarter (Q2) of the 2026 fiscal year.
The payout is equivalent to SAR 1.79 per share, representing 17.9% of the stock's nominal value.
The distribution will be allocated across 80 million eligible shares, according to the company disclosure.
Meanwhile, the eligibility date for the Q2-26 dividend is set for 5 August 2026 for shareholders registered with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.
SAL scheduled the payment for 20 August 2026 through electronic transfer to investment accounts linked to shareholder portfolios. The company noted that distributions to non-resident foreign investors will be subject to a 5% withholding tax in accordance with local income tax regulations.
Shareholders are encouraged to update their banking data to ensure the timely receipt of funds.
It is worth noting that the board reached the decision during its meeting held on 28 July 2026.
In April-June 2026, the listed logistics entity SAL recorded net profits worth SAR 191.39 million on the support of a 29.99% growth in quarterly revenue.
