Riyadh - Mubasher: SAL Saudi Logistics Services Company announced the signing of a contract with SF Airlines, a leading air cargo carrier in China, to provide comprehensive ground handling solutions.
The agreement, signed on 9 July 2026, involves SAL’s ground handling segment delivering integrated operational services to facilitate the Chinese carrier’s logistics requirements.
Under the terms of the agreement, SAL will manage cargo ground handling, aircraft loading and unloading, and other related airport ramp services, according to a bourse disclosure.
The contract is structured as an annual agreement that is subject to renewal. While the disclosure did not specify a fixed total value, service fees will be paid on an on-demand basis according to the pricing schedules established within the agreement.
The company expects the financial impact of this partnership to be positive throughout the duration of the contract. This move aligns with SAL’s broader strategy to expand its international airline client base and strengthen connectivity with rapidly growing Asian air cargo markets.
Meanwhile, the listed company confirmed there are no related parties involved in the transaction.
Last month, SAL entered into a strategic partnership agreement with Singapore Airlines.
