SAL records 32% higher profits in 9M-23

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Logistics Services Company (SAL) generated SAR 329.13 million in net profit after Zakat and tax during the first nine months (9M) of 2023, higher by 31.95% year-on-year (YoY) than SAR 249.44 million.

Earnings per share (EPS) hit SAR 4.11 in 9M-23, marking a YoY rise from SAR 3.12, according to the interim financial results.

Revenues increased by 20.10% to SAR 1.05 billion as of 30 September 2023 from SAR 870.15 million in 9M-22.

Income Statements for Q3-23

In the third quarter (Q3) of 2023, the net profits after Zakat and tax widened by 42.88% to SAR 115.96 million from SAR 81.16 million in Q3-22.

The firm posted revenues amounting to SAR 365.76 million during the July-September 2023 period, up 30.54% YoY from SAR 280.19 million.

On a quarterly basis, the Q3-23 net profits grew by 6.56% from SAR 108.82 million in Q2-23, while the revenues increased by 7.78% from SAR 339.35 million.

Earlier this month, on 1 November 2023, SAL traded 24 million ordinary shares on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), which represented 30% of its share capital.
