Riyadh - Mubasher: SAL Saudi Logistics Services Company has established SAL International Ground Handling B.V., a wholly owned subsidiary incorporated in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
The unit will mainly serve as an international holding entity, supporting the Saudi group’s strategic goals in expanding its cargo ground handling activities outside the Kingdom, according to a bourse disclosure.
SAL highlighted that there is no material immediate financial impact resulting from the launch at this stage, but it is expected to contribute positively to the consolidated financial results in the future.
On 9 June, the listed company signed a new strategic agreement with Fly Khiva Group LLC to provide integrated solutions covering air cargo ground handling services.
Regarding its financial position, SAL delivered net profits after tax valued at SAR 156.60 million in the January-March 2026 period.
