SAL achieves 18% higher net profit in Q2-26 amid revenue growth

Riyadh — Mubasher: SAL Saudi Logistics Services Company posted a net profit of SAR 191.39 million during the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, representing a 17.96% increase from SAR 162.24 million in Q2-25.

The company attributed the performance to a 29.99% rise in quarterly revenue, which reached SAR 512.14 million compared to SAR 393.97 million in April-June 2025.

SAL noted that the growth was supported by a recovery in cargo handling volumes, which rose by 9% during the quarter, according to a bourse filing.

Moreover, operating profit for the period climbed by 23.63% to SAR 213.10 million.

For the first half (H1) of 2026, net profits reached SAR 347.99 million, which signaled a +10.36% increase over the SAR 315.34 million recorded in H1-25.

Earnings per share (EPS) for the half-year period improved to SAR 4.35 from SAR 3.94.

Total assets stood at SAR 4.81 billion as of 30 June 2026, while total shareholders' equity reached SAR 1.70 billion.

In Q1-26, the logistics firm SAL recorded net profits worth SAR 156.60 million and revenue of SAR 445.78 million.

SAL noted that its board of directors approved a cash dividend distribution of SAR 143.20 million for Q2-26. This is equivalent to SAR 1.79 per share and compared to a distribution of SAR 1.52 per share for Q2-25
