Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Arabian Fertilizer Company (SAFCO) has completed the procedures to effect its name change in the company’s by-law and commercial register after obtaining the approval of the extraordinary general meeting (EGM).
Hence, the company’s name on the Saudi bourse’s website will be changed to SABIC Agri-Nutrients Co., according to a stock exchange filing on Sunday.
During the January-September period of 2020, the company’s profits fell by 6.1% annually to reach SAR 1.060 billion.
