Riyadh – Mubasher: SABIC Agri-Nutrients Company achieved net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 1.25 billion in the first half (H1) of 2021, an increase of 89.7% from SAR 638.25 million in H1-20.
Earnings per share stood at SAR 2.64 in H1-21, compared to SAR 1.59 in H1-20, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
Revenues surged by 101.8% to SAR 3.34 billion in H1-21 from SAR 1.65 billion in H1-20.
During the second quarter (Q2) of 2021, SABIC Agri-Nutrients posted a net profit of SAR 836.13 million, 132% higher than SAR 359.8 million in Q2-20.
Revenues soared by 98% to SAR 1.83 billion in Q2-21 from SAR 928.71 million in Q2-20.
Quarter-on-quarter (QoQ), the net profits in Q2-21 were nearly 98% higher than SAR 422.58 million in Q1-21, while the revenues grew by 22% from SAR 1.5 billion.
The company earlier announced the distribution of SAR 595.04 million as cash dividends for H1-21.
