Riyadh – Mubasher: The net profits after Zakat and tax of SABIC Agri-Nutrients Company enlarged by 219.19% to SAR 7.86 billion in the first nine months (9M) of 2022, versus SAR 2.46 billion in 9M-21.
The Tadawul-listed firm posted revenues worth SAR 14.77 billion in the January-September 2022 period, an annual leap of 166.10% from SAR 5.55 billion, according to the interim financial results.
Furthermore, the earnings per share (EPS) jumped to SAR 16.53 in 9M-22 from SAR 5.18 in 9M-21.
In the third quarter (Q3) of 2022, the Saudi company reported net profits after Zakat and tax of SAR 2.33 billion, higher by 93.28% year-on-year (YoY) than SAR 1.20 billion.
Revenues hiked by 100.14% YoY to SAR 4.41 billion in Q3-22 from SAR 2.20 billion.
On a quarterly basis, the net profits after Zakat and tax retreated by 22.94% in Q3-22 from SAR 3.02 billion in Q2-22, while the revenues declined by 22.51% from SAR 5.70 billion.
During the first half (H1) of 2022, SABIC Agri-Nutrients generated SAR 5.53 billion in net profit after Zakat and tax, a surge of 339.87% from SAR 1.25 billion in the year-ago period.
