Riyadh – Mubasher: The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) said that it is willing to boost its economic cooperation with Saudi Arabia over the coming period.
Russia’s sovereign wealth fund is seeking to cement relationships with the oil-rich Kingdom, the Saudi Ministry of Culture and Information said on Twitter on Monday.
The fund commended Saudi Arabia’s decisions over the death of Saudi journalist and Washington Post columnist Jamal Khashoggi.
On a related note, the Saudi ministry stated that RDIF, along with other businessmen and companies’ owners will participate in Future Investment Initiative (FII), dubbed “Davos in the Desert, that will take place in Riyadh from 23 to 25 October.
