Riyadh — Mubasher: Riyadh Steel Company recently announced that its board of directors approved the resignation of independent board member Abdulkarim Ibrahim Alnafie.
According to a bourse filing, the resignation was submitted and became effective on 16 September 2026.
Riyadh Steel noted that Alnafie stepped down from his role at his own request.
Meanwhile, he had served as a member of the board since 18 January 2022.
The board of directors expressed their gratitude and appreciation to Alnafie for his contributions and efforts during his tenure with the company.
