Riyadh - Mubasher: The board of Riyadh Cement Company approved, on 5 August, a cash dividend distribution of SAR 96 million to shareholders for the first half (H1) of 2026.
The payout represents 8% of the share nominal value, according to regulatory filing.
The company confirmed that the distribution will target 120 million eligible shares, resulting in a dividend of SAR 0.80 per share.
Eligibility date for shareholders is set for 13 September 2026, with the actual payment scheduled to commence on 28 September.
The company advised shareholders to update their bank account details to ensure the timely electronic transfer of funds.
Riyadh Cement also noted that dividends paid to non-resident foreign investors will be subject to a 5% withholding tax in accordance with Article 68 of the Income Tax Law and Article 63 of its Implementing Regulations.
At the end of March 2026, the listed company posted net profits valued at SAR 60 million, an annual drop of 21.05% from SAR 76 million.
