Cairo - Mubasher: Regional Investment Holding has lowered its stake in Naeem Holding for Investment’s capital to 14.17% from 15.32%.
Regional Investment sold 4.02 million shares, worth $787,920, at an average price of $0.19 per share, according to a stock exchange statement on Wednesday.
It is worth pointing out that during the first quarter (Q1) of 2022, Naeem Holding incurred losses of $321,900, compared with $1.512 million in the year-ago period.
In the meantime, revenues dropped to $728,870 in the January-March period in 2022, from $937,000 in the same period in 2021.
