Cairo - Mubasher: National Real Estate Bank for Development said shareholders of record until 13 January would be entitled to its bonus shares at 1 to 9.
The firm will start the bonus shares distribution as of 14 January.
Earlier, the firm decided to raise its issued capital from EGP 46.830 million to EGP 52.024 million, up EGP 5.2 million distributed across 520,000 shares at EGP 10 par value each.
