Mubasher: Ream Real Estate Co has re-elected its board of directors, according to a bourse disclosure on Thursday.
The Boursa Kuwait-listed company has named Fahad Abdulmohsen Almarri as the chairman and Abdullateef Ahmed Al Sinan as the deputy chairman.
The board members are Shlash Haif Mubark Al Hajraf, Dherar Mohammed Saleh Al Humaidi, and Nadia Ibrahim Al Saeed.
It is noteworthy that Ream has a capital standing at KWD 10.45 million distributed on 104.99 million shares at a par value of 100 fils each.
