The resignation, submitted on 8 October 2026, was attributed to personal circumstances.
The board of directors approved the request via resolution number 054. According to the regulatory filing, the resignation is scheduled to take effect on 10 October. Al Malki had served as a member of the committee since 20 May 2025.
The company did not immediately name a successor to fill the vacancy on the audit committee.
