Riyadh - Mubasher: Raydan Food Company has announced the resignation of Adel Shamsuddin Siddiqui from his position as the Chairman and Member of the company’s Audit Committee, effective 1 June 2026.
Siddiqui submitted his resignation on 31 May 2026 due to personal reasons, according to a bourse filing.
He will, however, remain a member of the company’s board and Executive Committee without any change to his current roles.
The Saudi company noted that Siddiqui had been serving in his board position since 20 May 2025.
In May 2026, Raydan Food disclosed details of its board of directors’ recommendation to reduce the company’s capital, followed by a capital increase via a rights issue.
