Cairo – Mubasher: The consolidated financial statements of Raya Contact Center (RACC) showed a 33% year-on-year retreat in its net profits during the first nine months of 2019.
Net profits fell to EGP 92.9 million in the January-September period of 2019, compared to EGP 138 million in the year-ago period, including minority shareholders’ rights, the company said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the company’s revenues decreased to EGP 623.5 million in the nine-month period ended 30 September from EGP 672.19 million in the corresponding period a year earlier.
As for the third quarter of the year, Raya Contact Center logged a net profit of EGP 28.5 million, compared to EGP 48.4 million in Q3-18.
At the level of the January-September standalone financials, the company’s net profits retreated to EGP 73.21 million from EGP 110 million in the year-ago period.
It is worth mentioning that during the first half of 2019, Raya Contact Center reported a net profit of EGP 64.29 million, compared to EGP 90.2 million in H1-18, including minority shareholders’ rights.
