Riyadh — Mubasher: Rawasi Albina Investment Company announced the re-registration of mortgages on several real estate properties in the company’s favor.
The properties are the subject of an ongoing legal dispute involving the company’s former Managing Director and CEO, Mohsen Mutaib Al Otaibi, and Abdullah Mohsen Al Otaibi.
The company stated that this measure was taken to protect the rights of the firm and its shareholders during the litigation process. This development follows an initial disclosure regarding the lawsuit made on 22 September 2026.
Rawasi Albina confirmed there is no immediate financial impact resulting from the re-registration of these mortgages.
The company intends to disclose any further material developments regarding the legal proceedings as they occur.
