Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: RAK Properties’ profits jumped to AED 201.47 million in 2021 from AED 113.52 million a year earlier, the consolidated financial statement showed on Monday.
The company’s revenues surged to AED 515.62 million last year, up 112% from AED 243.49 million in 2020.
The basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) stood at AED 0.10 in 2021, against AED 0.06 in 2020.
It is noteworthy to mention that in the first nine months (9M) of 2021, Rak Properties posted net profits of AED 197.9 million, higher by 382.68% than AED 40.97 million profits in the same period a year earlier.
