Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: RAK Properties achieved net profits of AED 197.9 million in the first nine months of 2021, a leap of 382.68% year-on-year (YoY) from AED 40.97 million, the unaudited consolidated financial results showed on Sunday.
The company's revenues soared by 139% to AED 424.37 million in the January-September period of 2021, compared to AED 177.54 million in the corresponding period a year earlier.
The basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) amounted to AED 0.099 in the period ended 30 September, up from AED 0.020 in the same period in 2020.
During the first half (H1) of 2021, RAK Properties posted net profits of AED 119.809 million, compared to AED 26.729 million in the year-ago period.
