Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: RAK Ceramics delivered net profits after tax worth AED 248.52 million in 2025, reflecting a 6.20% increase from AED 234.08 million in 2024.
The basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) went up to AED 0.24 in 2025 from AED 0.22 in the previous year, according to the income statement.
The company generated revenue worth AED 3.28 billion in 2025, signaling a rise of 1.60% compared with AED 3.23 billion in 2024.
Total assets grew to AED 5.31 billion as of 31 December 2025 from AED 5.11 billion at the end of 2024.
Cash Dividends
The board of RAK Ceramics recommended distributing a cash dividend of 10 fils per share for the second half (H2) of 2025.
The amount will total AED 99.40 million, to be presented to the general assembly for approval.
Four Quarter Highlights
In the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2025, total revenue came in at AED 856.40 million, down 1.70% year-on-year (YoY).
Gross profit margin improved to 39.10% compared to 37.20% in the same quarter last year.
Profit before tax jumped 14.5% YoY to AED 94 million in Q4-25.
Net profit after tax rose 2.50% YoY to AED 65.80 million.
EBITDA rose 1% to AED 159.60 million in Q4-25 from AED 158.10 million in Q4-24, while the EBITDA margins rose 0.50% to 18.60% from 18.10%.
Net debt position stood at AED 1.49 billion, up 7.10% YoY, due to higher capex spending mainly for upgrading plants in the UAE. The net debt to EBITDA ratio also increased from 2.35x in Q4-24 to 2.40x in Q4-25.
